Registration & Hotel

Please plan to have your team members register through the appropriate links below by May 10. There is no real deadline for registering passes, but we recommend doing so by this date so our team has time to assist with any registration questions in advance of the event.

IMPORTANT:

• If you are registering on behalf of another person: Be sure to check the "I'm registering on behalf of this person" box during the registration process to ensure that both you and the other person receive a confirmation of their registration. If you encounter any technical issues registering multiple people at the same time, please switch to incognito mode in Google Chrome.

• Health and safety:  Please note our updated health and safety policies for GreenBiz events: You are no longer required to provide proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test upon arriving on-site at the event. Free COVID tests will be available at registration for anyone who has cold or flu symptoms or believes they may have been exposed to COVID. If you do test positive please follow the CDC isolation guidelines.

• Sharing attendee information with sponsors: Per our privacy policies, GreenBiz is only able to share attendee job titles, company names and industries with sponsors (unless it’s in relation to a VIP meal, sponsored breakfast, or sponsored breakout, for which attendees agree to share their personal information). If you would like to network with attendees in advance of the event, you are welcome to do so through our conference app, which will be available on the Circularity 24 website (under the More tab) about one month before the event. Please note that attendee information cannot be purchased from GreenBiz or a third-party and if you receive such an offer, it is likely a scam.

Sponsor All-Access Passes

Please use this link to register your complimentary Sponsor All-Access passes (exact number noted in your contract and sponsor kick-off email). Any of your team members can register with these passes. You are also welcome to give some of these passes to your customers and partners if desired. You can see a full list of All-Access pass benefits here.

• For the "Registration Type" field please select "Sponsor" for registering your Sponsor All-Access passes.

• To register additional team members and customers/partners, please see the “Additional Passes” section below.

Expo Passes

Please use this link to register your complimentary Expo passes (each exhibitor gets 2, unless stated otherwise in your contract). Team members and vendors that are solely onsite to set-up/close-down your booth do not need to be registered. Note these passes only provide access to booths. They do not provide access to meals or any sessions. 

Group Passes

If your company has purchased a Group Package, providing 10 Group passes to be used by your team members, please register them via the special link provided by your customer success manager in your sponsorship kick-off email. Please make sure to use the email template in the Group Passes Doc (shared by your customer success manager) to easily share the passes with your team. Group passes provide access to all sessions and meals during the event.

Additional Passes

If you have additional team members that would like to attend the event, and you have already used your complimentary Sponsor All-Access passes, they can purchase additional passes at this link and use your sponsor discount code CSPNSR24 for 10% off. You can also share this link and code with any customers and partners you'd like to join you at the event. There is no limit on how many times this link and code can be used. Speaker All-Access Passes

Speakers (including keynote, tutorial, regular breakout, sponsored breakout, sponsored roundtable session and sponsored breakfast/lunch speakers) should register with a complimentary Speaker All-Access pass. Please use this link to register these passes. Speaker all-access passes are SEPARATE from sponsor all-access passes. If you have questions on your keynote, tutorial or regular breakout registrations, please contact jessica@greenbiz.com. If you have questions on your sponsored breakout, sponsored roundtable session or sponsored breakfast/lunch registrations, please contact your customer success manager.

Note sponsored roundtable lunch table hosts are not considered speakers and therefore do not get a complimentary speaker all-access pass. Please register table hosts with either one of your sponsor all-access passes or a paid all-access pass.
