No photos/video recording of sessions unless you have a speaker participating in the session, you’ve received written approval from all speakers involved and received approval from the content lead and your GreenBiz customer success manager (applicable to sponsors)
The request for approval should include details on what the organization will be capturing (just video, or both video and audio), how the organization intends to use it (for just internal or both internal and external publication), and how it will be recorded (e.g. small film crew that will set-up discreetly in the back of the room).
